Question for Warpspeed

Prior to the start of each race the crews have the large cart/buggy that sits beside the car. I know that there are hoses hooked up to the car. How many functions are provided by this cart/buggy and what are the reasons for them ? Thanks Mark H.

What type of racecar? We use a preheater for the midget engines.

I am sure it is for keeping the engine oil hot, thought it might serve more than one purpose ?? Mark H.
