Anyone modify Rotax 900 ACE ?

Post by gmrocket »

Looking for anyone who has a chip, header and muff (not the BRP one) or any other bolt on perf parts.

It's in the Ryker Rally

Thanks, I checked that site out but the rotax 900 in the sleds is a bit different and has a different ecu than the one in the Ryker. But lots of good info on the engine itself..would like to adapt the sled turbo onto this thing 😎

While searching I found a place that is in the process of building one specifically for the Ryker rally..RacingPowerSports,,they said it should be ready in 10 to 15 days.

I think I'll do my own exhaust,,,holy crap! One little muffler for this thing is over $600.00!

I've been out of sledding for a number of years- but still like to read the tech. Cannot remember where but last month came accross an article for turbocharging the 900 and also modifying the muffler- cut it apart and mod. There was also an ecu involved I think.
