How many rebuilds do you do before you replace the ARP main cap Bearings bolts. I have two rebuilds on the bolts right now. Motor has 650 hp and spins 7000rpm . I know dart recommends to replace every two or three rebuilds. Thanks in advance

A couple little things. Might have to tap threaded holes deeper too.

Yea, the main thing that I remember is tapping the pipe plug holes deeper. De-burr the cam bearing bores and the freeze plug holes. I fact, an overall de-burr is probably necessary.

Steve, be sure to check the lifter bores diameter against the lifters you're going to use. The Dart lifter bores are a bit on the small side (intentionally) for better lifter clearance.
