Working on a 650cc kawi and putting in a 705 big bore kit. We are also doing head porting and going.5mm bigger valves. Hotcams offers bigger cams for this engine also just wondering what u think the gains in head flow equate to without cam swap?

Is this the 1980's air cooled 4 valve inline 4?

2010 4 valve liquid cooled single.

You mean 636 then? That’s the common one anyway

Probably Kaw KLR650 actually 651cc single cylinder

Yes thats what it is. 650 single. Im putting in the 705 big bore.

I see I’m used to the street bike stuff in the tq midgets and mini sprints.

Thanks Racer71. Im just putting this big bore and doing some port work. Like most 4cycle the gains I figured from porting and boring bigger would be limited. Just wondering if anyone had experience working with these.
