I have a Mexican 302 block bored to 4.030 and honed many times to .012 piston wall clearance. 3.125 stroke, 5.305 steel Carillo H-beam rods (look like Eagles) 2.00 rod journal using narrowed brgs. Neutral balanced and studs on mains and heads. Head are Windsor Sr ported with 5/16" stem were SS and now Ti. Used to run a DNE 5 spd. Leave line @8,000, shifted 4 times @8,000, through traps 8,000+ each and every pass, sometimes 8,400 or 8,800 each pass depending on needed et. Engine is still in car and was running when last raced it a few years ago. I never sonic tested the block. Compression 13.5. Neutral balanced, 2 pc rear main seal which Never Leaked. IW balancer. SR camshaft .700 to .720 lift 320* 270/280*@.050
