need a good diagnostician in phoenix

Just visiting Phoenix and my 2016 Mopar took a sudden dump, won't run, usual strange
selection of electronics warnings/issues, looks like either computer or TIPM related. Don't have
ANY tools here, so looking for a tech that can diagnose. Anyone know anybody??
