Throttle plate or throttle blade

I'm debating between a single throttle blade or a 4 hole throttle plate for my new LS build. The single throttle blade would need a 90 degree elbow. Right now I'm leaning toward the 4 hole plate about 1000 cfm. Any thoughts? I doubt the engine would know the difference.

IMO the throttle should be the same size as the tube it's in.
