SBF Hydraulic Roller Lifters

Post by 89BLK5OH »

Hello Everyone,

On a small block ford factory roller block....Can you use a .750” wheel hydraulic roller lifter on a cam that was designed for a .700” wheel ?

If so, what happens to the cam timing, lift etc ?

Thanks :D

Yes, you can. The valve timing will get very slightly more aggressive as it will be the same off the seat and a few degrees more while on the flank of the cam.
