Broken Levers or worse.
Too often I get systems sent in like that even after I give my sermon on packing.
Check to make sure the butterfly shaft is not bent. It happens.

the butterfly feels nice, it came with s replacement lever.

The ends of the shaft is what I was concerned about. That it what gets hit sometimes.
