chevy engine ID number

can anyone ID this chevy truck engine ID? it is supposedly a 74 engine that came with factory 4 barrel. if someone can ID it for me then maybe you could confirm the intake valve size. i am assuming it is a 1.94 intake valve. thanks art in NY

I suspect the "7" is actually a "T"
If so, the decoding of the engine is:
K = St. Catherines, Ontario Engine Plant
Build Date:
04 = April
24 = 24 day
TXD = 1975 350 cid conv.cab pickup VIN L LS9 165 HP 4 BBL. C-20 to 3500
According to the factory published 1975 literature the LS9 was rated at 160 net h.p. @ 3800 rpm; 250 lbs/ft (net) @ 2400 rpm. The block may or may not be a 4-bolt main; Compression ratio was 8.5:1.

thanks greenlight. that tell me everything i need to know. this motor is definitely not for any kind of hot rodding as it sits. art in NY
