Yes, right now my air T has a ring on it for testing 4150 carbs. I don't bother to set the date on my dyno, it has a default setting. Maybe I can take a picture of my Turbine setup and post. Hers a picture you can see the ring on the bottom of the turbine. One other thing I'd like to point out to YOU, notice how I post dyno data :D

Yes its heavy........this build was about using parts I had lying around that ordinarily would have never been used, I like projects, now I have this complete engine and I kinda like it! Thats how the 327 shop truck was built as well.
I don't know if you did or not, but theirs some to be had porting and or removing material on the carb pad of those intakes.
Have you tried smaller headers on that engine?
I'm a fan of reusing underated OEM/take off parts that work but don't warrant the trash just yet. Good stocker class stuff.

I ran it as produced stock, but I'am sure theres more there by cutting out the divider and moving the carb forward, but actually I need to utilize the power I have now first. Very happy with what I have so far, remember the cams the cork right now.

Thanks for the pic, Mark. Always nice to see how others are doing things. As to dyno data, I'm always hesitant to post exact numbers as there's nothing more tweaked, massaged and misunderstood. ;) As to results, mid 10.90's (10.94, 10.95, 10.96 and 10.96) @119.20-119.80, 3,150 lbs, DA of 2,500, uncorrected baro of 28.9, 40% humidity, 74 degrees temp and an 8-10 mph. quartering wind from 11 o'clock and 6.5% convertor slippage will get you pretty close. ;)

Thank for all of that. In the past I've proved dyno data from one SF to another SF dyno properly calibrated is very close, infact 1 hp going from 6400 feet elevation to 800 feet elevation on a 660 HP engine, and these weren't my tests these were Super Flows tests. So that being said, I believe none of the above, I believe you think your on to something and are very secretive, now does that make you a bad person, NO. I enjoy your car build and testing and you as well, really. You have to understand I live for that data, and get very frustrated when I can't get it, so maybe I'am the problem-but I don't think so. I know exactly how much power your 327 makes. Hopefully you won't be to offended, because I like our give and take, but I had to say what was on my mind. :shock:

i'm not using any Aerodynamic info for those ET/MPH posts ,
instead i'm just generating all the incrementals
based off VortecPro's ET he posted .

my calculator is not for sale ,
i only use it for research + correlations ,
and i just use it to see if there would be any acceleration problems
or issues on a Run down the Dragstrip .

it will be interesting which of the 2 Q-Jet's can be tuned to make the best
TQ and HP Curve .

Its great having your friend Harold building Q-Jets for me, I think he's really making some headway with these carbs.
