Re: Cheap Ebay SBC Retrofit Hydraulic roller lifters
When did "quality" cease to have any meaning?
When Congress allowed Xi Jinping to take his name off their products.

So True! Chicom makes anything at any quality level; fully-dependent upon depth of buyer's pockets.
have wrenched on and flown a 60's chicom radial (rollers) fighter-trainer Nanchang CJ6A ... also have chicom Norinco "rifle" ... No Junk!

I’m at Topline Automotive right now picking some lifters.
I asked them who makes lifters in the (USA) & they said they were the only ones to make a lifter from start to finish. Many companies are importing parts & assembling them here.
Only know what I’m told.

I have heard of them but again the concerns over who does the manufacturing of the bodies.
Then who finishes the internals.
I will give some of these others a call and see what they have to say about their products.

As Bloomberg explained publicly, any commercial arrangement with CCP has another sub-text, to which you already agreed without objection or exception.
You can't say anything against, or even about Chinese state policy, human rights, toxic waste, slave labor, etc.

Like my NHRA race friend always say, "run it, if it blows up you know the parts were no good"
Re: Cheap Ebay SBC Retrofit Hydraulic roller lifters
I bought a set of the Performance stock SBC roller block type for a junky engine build because they were supposed to be .750 wheel & short travel. They are neither, .700 wheel and .180ish travel. From my research they may be Sealed Power stock replacements, it seems for a bit they had some that looked like these but most of theirs look closer to ls closed wheel type. I'll be getting a 100% return or very heavy discount as I bought them off ebay.
