crane bbc fireball cam

any body got any ideas what duration and lobe centers this old cam has? Got a old 454 with rectangler port heads and gm aluminum dual plenium in for blown steel head gasket that loaded 2 cylinders with water. thanks walt

What numbers are stamped or engraved on the end of the camshaft.
There is a solid lifter Fireball 326 F326-2
and 1 or 2 different hydraulic Fireball cams.

there looks like a 300 H after fireball and BAUCH not together but all over.

300-314 222-235 @.050" 115 LSA 110in/120ex .502/.502" Lift
You can quick measure the in and ex lobe lift on your cam to verify, using dial calipers Or check it in the block with a dial indicator on the edge of the lifter.
My pic of that old Crane catalog page is not that clear.
I might be off a hair on the ex lift.

I bet if you degreed it you will see it is the same as
Elgin Camshaft #E-928-P although the Advertized duration may be a bit different. It will very likely be the same as...

i did check lift first thing. It was righr around .500 considering 1.7 rockers. The cam and lifters look very good for their age so they are going back in. Thanks for the help.
