64cc heads, Felpro 1003 (4.166/.041) head gasket, zero deck yields 10.43:1
Actually, those look about perfect for what I'm trying to do, thanks for the recommendation! Bobweight looks to be alot more reasonable with those than with anything I can find that's hypereutectic.

It would be another good option if you don’t want to go the custom cam route and is part number 180525 for an OE roller block. If you want a custom cam to know you’re getting something that matches your expectations, I’ll second the Mike Jones recommendation.

I’m running it with 10.5:1 compression with a set of AFR 195s milled to 70cc, and I agree with the others that 10.5 is a good target for a cam in that range with your setup.
Sounds very similar to what I was planning on. Any power numbers with that setup?

Unfortunately not as the transmission began pouring fluid past the front seal during engine break-in, and it’s currently in purgatory getting that fixed before adding exhaust.

It does, however, idle easily at 800 rpm in gear with 11” of vacuum after basic carb tuning. With the 3.73s and street tires in my 3500lb Camaro, it should be in the 12s easily with the potential for 11s with suspension tuning and sticky tires.

There is a user named resdoggie on one of the corvette forums who built a 355/357 with the 180525, AFR 195s, and a Weimar Team G with a dyno sheet.

Just noticed it corrected Weiand to Weimar lol. Here’s the thread with dyno results.
