Same stroke as a 289 but hampered by a tiny bore that will limit any kind of decent cylinder head. It is fun driving to the track (mostly trailered to save wear and tear) beating people with much larger engines with a little 289 and a some RPM. Especially my buddy in his 454 ‘70 Chevelle.
