What sort of numbers would your Vortecs have?
It might prove an interesting comparison with my ported RHS Vortecs. And possibly give me some insight into another build direction (a 357 as opposed to more the expensive 383). I've got the Air Gap intake and a BG 750 VS carb to go along with those heads. Several cam spec suggestions as well.

My last set of 062's were over 250 before I put the newer valves with back cuts on them and the exhaust was in the 185 range, both were at .550 lift. I would use a Super Victor, port the plenum and run that over the Air Gap any day. My 406 pull like a freight train last year with the S/V. I did not flow my current Sportsman heads but when I take them off I will flow them and the 906's at the same time. I will need to do a little welding on the chambers so they will flow over .600 lift.
