Ford Hyd. roller Lifter VS LS

Was wondering except for the bore diameter if the Ford lifter will replace the LS Chevy stock lifter? Oil band, roller diameter, overall length, all considerations. Looking for an OS lifter to replace LS sized lifters to fix bores that are damaged without bushing them.

If the bores are damaged you most likely need a fixture (or an cnc) to hone or bore the lifter holes. I would guess the best choice given this situation would be to go to an oversize body lifter, 0.90’’ or larger. Supposing a performance engine.But in doing so, you most likely need a custom cam, too.

Depending on what room you have on disposal, ofcourse.

I do not have the numbers on the Ford lifters you asked for, but you might find them online.
