Dyno room dimensions

Getting ready to build a dyno room for an SF902 with a cooling tower. The addition is 16x 20.

To build the room with the exhaust going out the back of the building, the way I want it, and have a wall with a window and console area outside the window, I would have 12" ID to work with. The width can be 14' orienting it that way.

I have a 42" mounted in the wall so there is no duct work protruding in the room

Anyone with a similar setup, SF902 and cooling tower
How do you think it will work with a 12' long 14' wide

Console takes up 2' so there will be 2' for seating at the console and 4' beyond the console for viewing with 12' length
