They're LA sleeve ductile liners I think.

Crest CNC made a billet barra block last year.

Actually looks like a barra block too.

I had to research what the hell a "Barra" engine was.

A development of a development of a development of a development of a Ford Falcon Six-popper. God bless the Aussies, for polishing a turd and actually making it shine.

The original 4 main bearing Aussie Falcon engine came out of a 1950's Canadian tractor.

I think they preserved the bore pitch all the way through.

It's the same bore spacing and similar bolt patterns as Holden and some Chrysler 6's too. Meaning our kickass heads can conceivably fit other engines...

Windage tray definitely does

Barra & Ford Oz (144, 170, 200, 250, etc.) 4.080"
Holden Red (202, etc.) 4.045"
Slant 6 (170, 198, 225) alternately 3.98" & 4.00"
Chrysler Oz "hemi" (265 etc.) 4.40"

Interesting. There was a twin cam head casting that was reputedly good for Ford Holden and Chrysler with different machining, and people definitely used the Ford crank in the Holden.

I wonder if they didn't just put the middle in the middle and let the tolerance stack up? It's not like 3mm in valve position negates going from 9 low non crossflow ports to what's basically a hemi with some quench (if I'm remembering the Ford crossflow combustion chamber right)

They've done a pretty darn good job at it ( One of my top 3 favorite dyno vids)
