DART Brodix Aluminum Blocks

Post by Seanh832 »

I've got an aluminum Dart small block and I'm looking for head studs for an SB2.2. I can't find them on the ARP website but Brodix Aluminum block head studs are available for the SB2.2. Since A1 is out of business they are no longer an option.. Does anyone know if the 2 blocks use the same thread pitch studs?

Call ARP directly, someone there will have the answer. Great company to deal with.

Good luck.

I ordered some from JEGS on November 8th. Haven't gotten them yet. Part number 134-4310 ARP's. Supposed to fit a sb2.2 headed Brodix or Rodeck aluminum block.

Yeah I've seen the sb2 studs for the Brodix block. I'm curious if they will fit a Dart Aluminum block since ARP has no listing for them on their website. I had to buy my current studs from A1 to fit AFR 245's. ARP didn't have those either for this Dart block.

I'm pretty sure Dart aluminum blocks have the same diameter and thread pitch as a Brodix aluminum block, don't they?

I'd be surprised if they were anything other than 7/16 -14 NC thread.
