Have any of the insert bearing manufactures produced a Bearing to use in a Big End Bore Size of 2.0152" and work with a 1.850" journal. The bearing shell would need to be right at .0825" thick . Thanks for any replies, Mark H.

Probably no.
It is better to make the rod the right size.

for low performance applications you can use shim stock.

You would be better off calling the bearing manufactures directly and talking with their tech guys.
Callico may also be an option for oddball bearings as they specialize in that stuff.
Clevite would be my 1st call.

Are you trying to put honda rods on a restrictor plate crankshaft.

Pro Power, it is a S.B.C. in a Super Late Model, the rods work with the 1.889" ( Honda ) journal . He has access to a Billet crank but the rod journals are the IRL size 1.850"

Mummert, i can't say i have ever heard a Crankshaft referred to as a " restrictor plate crankshaft ", would you explain what qualifies a crankshaft to be deemed a restrictor plate crankshaft ? Mark H.
