What are felpro Lock wires
I dont have to run the copper gaskets as the o-rings are really set up for the use of ACL gaskets so they bit that steel ring around the bore of the gasket
Do u think i should stick with that

Do you know where i can find a rolling chassis
Ive looked everywhere and I cant seem to find one
I am chasing a lighter car say like a 2 door torana maybe LJ or Lx
Rather it already be tubbed etc as it is so expensive to get it all done yourself.

Thanks Trev

The reason i asked was cause i know of an LJ (or LC) 2 door roller that could be good if you needed a dedicated race car. Big tubs, full cage, 9 inch etc. Real nice tub work. Currently in primer. Let us know if that's the kind of thing youre after.

Trev,
cant help ya with a car, not much around unless ya want a race car.
How fast are you presently going? You can get upper 9's with a vk, or, are you already there?

felpro heads gaskets with compressed wire (loc-wires) is wot i was refering too.
Acl does offer the same thing, it maybe wot you already have....

If you have any question about the older Holden V8's you might want to give Sam a ring. He's a good guy, and I know he works on the older Holden stuff, along with the newer LS1 based stuff. Here are some pics I shot when I was down there visiting him...

I will say I have some Probe Pistons from Mark O'Neal in an LS1. Nice piece. I have JE's in my Turbo V6 Buick. Also nice pieces. From a Holden specific perspective, I can't say. But they both make nice parts...
