I just acquired a Ford R302 block for my Boss 302 road race car. I have been using an R302 for 20 years. No issues. this one has roller camshaft bearings, which I am unfamiliar with.
the paperwork shows journals 1-4 are 55mm, and journal 5 is 50mm.
Is this the standard way roller cam bearings are installed?
