13 degree steel block , wet sump , internal oil pump motor
My friends shop just built spanked 45 alum block , dry sump motors on its first outing
Dynoed 775 HP ,, not the best but the intake is small and could be holding it back some ,
720 ft lbs of torque and curve flat as Texas
421 ci
Soo ,, all the wide bore , gotta have this , gotta have that crowd better go re learn what you know ,,lol
Yeah ,, I guess the car being so heavy on the nose with a steel block totally threw off the handling too ,,,LOL
Let the haters begin ,, come on ,, bring your best stuff ,, I don't come on here often anymore because I got sick of it ,,
But for this special occasion I'll hurt myself and listen

Impressive 1.710 tq per cube. Considerably better than even NHRA prostock, pretty impressive especially since you mentioned something holding it back.

Re: 13 degree steel block , wet sump , internal oil pump motor
It was an Edelbrock cast 1 piece intake ,,_somebody " ported " it ,, it wasnt opened up very much ,, the owner did listen to my pals shop on how to use it ,, he told him do not try to wind this motor allot ,, keep taking gear out as the track drys because it has so much torque is what you can use here ,, and the guy listened ,, I think its peak torque was around 5300 ,, and peak HP around 6600 ,, he's winding to around 7400 tops ,,
He said even in the feature with a bunch of gear out he still couldn't just mat the gas ,, would spin too hard ,, so he took home the win by listening

Something is off. The BMEP is astronomically high. Over 700HP at around 5000RPM with 421cid?

You are too defensive. Your post was hard to understand and a bit rambling. That's all they were saying. No one was attacking you.levisnteeshirt wrote: βThu May 26, 2022 2:42 pmHere we go ,, I see the shit for brains people are still here

What is the engine? How many cylinders? What design uses a steel block? Is the engine mounted at a 13* angle?
I am trying to make any sense of what this engine is and what the application that it is dominating in.
