Actually it is now allowed to be as low as 51% as per ASTM. There is a reason I do not buy pump "e85". All pump ,SFAIK, can contain 5% or more water as well. Pump e85 is just junk,IMO. Way too inconsistent and yes may well cause corrosion issues on open or not to atmosphere fuel systems.

YES ...
People, there is a very, VERY big difference between "pump" E85 and actual "Race" E85 ... learn and know the big differences.
