Does anyone have an update on Dave's whereabouts? I notice he hasnt been active on here in a year. I found his website over 20 years ago, and have always wondered why he hasnt updated it in a long time. Thanks!

His main page... Was always a very interesting person. Intelligent and was very creative with machine work.
He did a lot of strokers using modified stock parts... and was grounded in this era before all the cheap Chinese stuff came out. Details how he did a lot of his engine builds. Website is very simple and even dial-up friendly. Haven't seen anything from him in a while. Was very active on email list-serves and forums back in the day.

Last time i bumped into Dave W. he was into ‘driving’. Sportcars on curcuits, and maybe auto-x. I don’t remember what forum (cos I’m situated on the other end of the Atlantic and never met him inperson); maybe corner carvers? Maybe here? 5- more years ago.
And yes, his page(s) was one of the first on the internet that really caught my eye- back in the day. In the 90’s I think…
