VW 8 Valve Counter Flow Cylinder Head

Hello, Could any one on the forum please direct me to a shop or individual who could race prepare, (flow bech work etc), for the VW 8 valve counter flow water cooled cylinder head? This head was fitted to the early rabbit and Siroccos 1.8 CID. THANKS FOR ANY INSIGHT AND INFORMATION!!!!!! Jerry

Race prepare? I would start by listening to a shop that can keep the camshaft in one piece

where are you located? what are the rules? SPA turbo used to have a big port counter flow head. I just looked, it was/is a crossflow head.
Techtonics in Oregon knows those heads very well, and they've figured out what parts are junk. Like most of the camshafts.
