anybody have Dart Pro1 200 flow numbers?
I ported recently my #291 into water, now my friend offers me 200cc Dart Pro1:s with 2.02"/1.6" valves.
I cant find any flow numbers about them except 264cmf@.5"/28" from their web site.
btw. do you maxracesoftware have more good pics than those two from combustion chamber =)
thanks.

As many results as benches =)
How do you rank them at list of street aluminums?
As AFR pays all those advertises it has been coming a comparison point to other heads.
Can darts battle against them, or would it be better deal to buy afr:s or canfields etc.
Have you tried these with higher depressions, above 40" or higher?

I'm sure Larry has more feelings on this but I'll add my $0.02 worth.
I've been working with both the Dart Pro 1's and the AFR's for street
or bracket engines. Out of the box the AFR's are typically better in
flow numbers and workmanship seems to be better but the price
does reflect that.
Both heads seem to level off around the same lift.

if i were trying to use a Cyl Head "out of the box"
i'd just about always go with AFR Heads
but if i were going to Port either of those Heads "all out, max-effort"
i'd always go with the Dart Pro 1 215/230 cc Heads over the AFR's

I haven't got opportunity to "Finger Bench" afr vs pro1 side by side but i have seen 195cc afrs in my friends carage and when comparing pictures there is clearly seen that afrs are MUCH better finished.
do you think i can get near by blending seats into bowls, blending SSR:s, thinning those bulky liners and straightening & cleaning up runners?
i bet that at least max flow goes straight up, but can i do anything else about low & mid lift flow (below .4") than blend the seats and clean & blend combustion chamber into seat?
Here are few photos i took from my friens heads.. he allready removed sharp edges near the seats.
