2005 suburban help..

I just bought this suburban. The adjustable pedals don't work. When pushing the button I don't hear any clicking lick others state online. I can't find anything about where the fuse or relay is located or how it's referenced. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks

Mitchell Pro Demand shows EAP 15 ampere fuse in underhood fuse block
bottom right corner .

Fuse is good so I guess I'll look for the relay.
