Been wondering this, if I would change the rear lowering block to a 1.5” on left rear and a 2” on right rear will it change the rear roll center? If so will it move roll center closer to the short block or taller block ? By the way are blocks are on top of springs and rear sits on them, so short block will rise the car. Thanks for your time.

Which one do you care about? Think carefully about that.

You are not changing the shape of the springs by doing this, either laden or unladen, and the roll center on leaf-sprung suspensions is determined by where the springs are attached. So the roll center "with respect to the car" is not changed. You are of course lowering the entire car by doing this, so the roll center height "with respect to the ground" changes by the average height change (in this case, 1.75").

You will end up with different spring loading left to right, which will affect the corner-balance situation.

Isn't the "instant Center" a more profound change with the OP's suggestion, rather then roll center, in the big picture?
