Simple question- do they work? IF they work which is a good unit?

I'm more of a cavity oil spray guy- but in a area which uses salt in the winter- I'll pile on protection.

in theory, they should. my experience is with cathodic protection systems on naval ships, and in water it most definately works. on a car in an essentially dry environment, i really dont know how effective it would be.

I am familiar with other systems as well- pipelines. The car electronics just don't seem to have a cut and dried answer. Oil spray works;)
