Rear End Parts

Post by liqu »

Hi Guys I'm stuck, I have a 234" Spitzer rear engine dragster, one of my rear axle studs came loose and cut a groove in the caliper bracket, so I went to buy a new stud and bracket, I can't find them anywhere, the bracket is made by JFZ, the stud is 4" long with a 1 1/2 journal 1 1/4 treads on one side and 1 1/8 on the other 5/8 x 18 TPI, I know I can replace it all and I may have to, I would rather just replace the bad parts, This is Spitzer housing with Strange axles and 3rd member (9" Ford), Any Ideas?

The Mark Williams bracket looks just like that, except for your two holes that have no torque signs.
Might give them a call for dimensions

Yes I did, just enough to not work, I may try welding the one I have.
