Ladder bar preload

Post by CIGARETTEDFL »

hey guys, got a question. what is the best method to find neutral preload on a ladder bar system with it in the car. I need to find neutral, so I can preload a little on the chassis. car seems to go right on lauch especially when it gets on the wheelie bars. also after settign up preload can I set pinion angle by turning left and right adjusters on lower rear bar an equal ammount? thanks

Neutral would be when you can take the bolt out of the front joint and it not move.
The car needs to be level and at race height and weight.
You can use both adjusters to set the pinioin angle. Then adjust for preload.
