"I'm a Believer" by the Monkeys!

I met my to-be wife way back then when it came out.

Two of my favs are Joanne by Michael Nesmith from the Monkeys and Long Long Time by Linda Ronstadt.
Is the defect in what I see, or what I'm seeing with ?

Ever since I heard Lynyrd Skynyrd's Simple man when I bought the album in highschool, is my all-time song. The song is older than me by 12 years but its awsome.

Solidly in my daughters top five, along with Jupiter, and Coltrane's Giant Steps. I could never claim a favorite song, music is food for the mind, who wants to eat the same thing over and over, but here's a couple that rank right up there.

Thanks Kev,

That's it!

The Happenings lead singer was a good looking SOB back then in my book. As was the whole group...

I dearly love the classic 1966/1967, "Golden Oldies"!!!

I also liked, "Cedric, the Entertainer", dancing to, "If I could turn back the hands of time"...

If I could only, "turn back the hands of time"..........

All time favourite.
Hotel california by the eagles.
It's in every playlist i have.
Then some ac/dc and metallica.
And roy orbison and don williams.

But like said, music is food for the soul. And i'm more into music than into cars.

I always keep coming back to two songs, so they must be my 'favourites'

The whole of side three 'Strangers in the Night' by UFO, tracks eight and nine

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTS1eUUfxF4

In fact the whole album still gets played a lot, despite being over forty years old ...... must be some kind of dinosaur ......

No one plays lead like Schenker ....... going to see him again later this year, circumstances permitting
