Congress asks some questions ..... Clearly the EPA is overstepping its authority

They certainly tried to slide it by everyone by putting in the regs for heavy vehicle laws. I guess they were hoping it was buried deep enough that someone wouldn't read and catch what they were definitely trying to intentionally do.

The backhanded EPA should be torn apart and abolished as it is ... and, something newly formed take its place.
