I thought I heard or read along time ago that intel was purposely doing that for nice places like the nsa and such. So whats the problem?

Purposely leaking NSA user credentials and security keys? Where'd you read that? Seems to me that if it were the case, they could be charged with treason, etc... Purposely releasing NSA security keys and user credentials? And no ones arrested or in federal prison?
