CBD oil

CBD oil was mentioned in another thread but I thought a new thread was needed. I have 2 conditions involving inflammation that flare up occasionally. (plantar fasciitis as well as a nerve impingement in my neck). I take 800mg ibuprofen 2 or 3 times daily when needed. I've heard that CBD oil is good for inflammation. Do you take it like a supplement (daily?) or just as needed, like I do with ibuprofen? I don't want something to make me high, and I don't want to walk around in a fog. I assume without the thc I'll be my normal (or abnormal, depending on who you ask) sober self. I have no medical conditions and currently take no prescription medications. My (unmedicated) blood pressure, A1C, cholesterol ect are all good. I walk a BUNCH at work. According the the step tracker on my phone I average 18,000 steps a day. CBD oil won't make me tired or lazy will it?

Won't get you high.
I have not had it slow me down during the day.
As needed works for me. Once in a while or several times a day.
Anyway, no worries if you want to try some.

stuff that isnt fda approved is usually as effective as supplements
Try a plant based diet, so much less inflammation it works.

That's a good thing, right?
While I understand your FDA stance I will take it with a grain of salt.
