where do you live ?

around here, you phone up a local farmer and buy a quarter or a half and he slaughters it for you and you haul it to a butcher shop or cut it up yourself. The best meat is from where its cold. Try Montana, or north dakota.

Nebraska and Texas feed the most cattle. Assuming you want grain finished, not grass.

Motorcycle land speed racing... wearing animal hides and clinging to vibrating oily machines propelled by fire

go find a farmer, and get one thats still breathing, hand feed it for a month, and cut it up. doesnt matter what color it is, just what its been eating.

Imho, MO has some of the best meat there is!

Beef, pork, and fowl.. Heck, I will include DEER in here too!!!

Like said, buy ground fed, and then feed it out before you kill.

Our Amish have great meats if you don't want to buy from any of our many small, family owned, CAFO's..
