Yes, you're correct. I guess what I was remembering was them coming under intense scrutiny and being heavily fined (that was about 30 years ago).

All I am going to say is that HAZ WASTE really need's to be burned up and destroyed and NOT buried!!

Hell, the stuff actually should be gasified, but that ain't gonna happen.

And like I have said, I have been in many incinerators so know!!
