Nothin like a smoked turkey on the Weber

Post by In-Tech »

I've had this 16 lb'er hangin' out in the freezer since before Thanksgiving and I came back from Smart and Final with too much crapola. She had to go  Seasoned up with some magic dust(mainly Mrs Dash, crushed garlic bouillon cubes and Tony Chachere) and is smokin' away on the Weber with Hickory.
Yummy :D

edit, seems we can't post pics here. I'll figure a way [-o<

Turkey in the Weber, one of my favorites! Don't forget to put the potatoes in the drip tray.

Let me know how you go getting photos in this section of the forum, I've tried and failed.

Cheers.

No, I have 5lbs of bacon stashed and no turkey  The skin sounds good and that sounds like a good inside wrapping =D>

I appreciate all the tips :)
