I am new to the board and I am really happy about the density of engine enthusiasts and specialists of different fields. I had already very helpfully discussions here, which inspired me.
Yesterday I came across a thread in the David Vizard forum called "Jon Schmidt Video cam rebuff" by David Vizard. I would not open this thread as David Vizard wouldn't be a Moderator of this honourable Forum. I don't know Don Terrill, but would he accept such a moderator talk like Mr. Vizard had about a member here? I am Admin and Moderator of another engine forum and speeches like that wouldn't be accepted especially not by a Moderator team mate.
To some facts of the thread: viewtopic.php?f=46&t=65549

Anyway I am sure most of you are aware that I now have a very active Youtube channel at 'David Vizard Performance' Check it out - it's climbing the subscription ladder fast.
One of my soon to be published video's is the last debate that John Schmidt and I had on cam events vs cam dynamics - which was the most important.
I found John a very difficult person to debate so I have decided to do a video on just this subject to show conclusively HE WAS WSRONG.
JOHN - ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS?????
A SIMPLE YES OR NO WILL DO.

I don't mind the self advertising, but this speech is not the kind of communication should like. So I am asking you, should a Moderator be allowed to keep such speeches in a public and honourable forum?
In my opinion David Vizard should talk to Jon Schmidt from face to face and not use this platform here for his claims not to say bashing. Moderators are per definition here to moderate technical, communicative and organization stuff in a forum, but not personal stuff. One earns respect by respectful behaviour, which I can't see here.
Would be great to know your opinions.
