Don Terrill’s Speed-Talk

I don't know if any of you knew him. I used to work with him at Whipple ~30 years ago. He was rough and gruff seeming on the outside but would stop what he was doing to help you. Quite a few people didn't get along with him but I sure liked him. He would tell you "what time it is" at any moment. We got along well for many many reasons. I went to the store one day and grabbed some "tall cans" after work. He said he didn't like the tall cans because they get warm too quick, I replied "well Bernie that's because you aren't drinking them fast enough" He popped one open and said "you got me there kid"

edit, shoot, I just tried to post a pic of him in the Whipple/McCulloch days but I guess no pics in the off topic area.
