Show & Tell Your Engine At The Race Engine Challenge

Post by Gregory »

We have had someone drop out for technical reasons. We thought we would open up that slot for someone who would like
to show off their engine. You would not be competing and not bound by the rules; you’re Just going to show and tell your
engine. Let’s see what you have - you’ll get some free publicity while you’re at it. If interested email us at tech@raceenginechallenge.com.

You can show everything and even take great pains to provide about 100 photos along with pages of text of that engine being built but, if it never gets published, there will be no said publicity in print.

You need to take this up with Engine Builder magazine; they’re the ones who came up with this idea. They will have a rep
at the contest this year so you’ll get a chance to talk about this.

Greg ... it is your word here; not theirs.
You are the one people are going to point the finger at.
So, I would propose to them to put it here in writing what THEY say THEY will do.

I did "take it up" with their then editor and he said "Oh well, to bad". What words come out of their mouth means nothing to me ...
they need to put it in writing.
