If you didn’t make the cut for the EMC you’re welcome to come play at the REC.
We had a competitor that had issues and had to drop out.
We will run the dyno to match the EMC rules so you can see how you would have matched up.
If nothing else, you’ll have a good time also attending our on site tech seminars.
All contact information is on the web site.

Ya he did...whats the problem?

If you didn't make the EMC, why not take him up on his offer and bring your engine to the REC and run it under the EMC pull guidelines ...where is there shame in that?

Last year I was accepted in the EMC, started my build, could not get any answers to questions from the EMC,, through June and July,, it's like they dropped off the face of the earth. Others had the same problems,, I couldn't move forward without answers.

So I jumped into the REC....no drama whatsoever

This year, that the two contests are run in different weeks, one can visit both as someone's team member, whether a contestant or not

Just to let everyone know, the Eaton Balancing entry has been approved for this years EMC. Joe Craine and I are teaming up together and we will be entering a Ford Y-Block as the engine of choice. We had some other options but the Y still looks like a contender even with iron heads being used. That being said, this year will be more of a challenge with the iron heads being used instead of the aluminum heads we've used in the past. It would be nice to know at this point who has been accepted and what the variety of engines are going to be in the 'Early Iron' class. Ted Eaton.

I can say that I have started work for others on things for three different engines; a 327 Chevy, A 429 Ford and a Big block Chevrolet.

After speaking with Adger, we had to make an application adjustment. He said I'm approved and will be getting an official email in a week or so.
