I bought a pair of cheater slicks some 10 years ago from Hurst Racing Tires in Oregon. They're out of business unfortunatly.
Tires looked very good.
Although I haven't used them ever since, the lettering of the original 'new' tire started to shine through the whitewall.
Will probably clean off with some effort.
