Don Terrill’s Speed-Talk

While trying to install software on the computer i get a fault for "destination file MSVCRT40.dll is write protected and cannot be overwritten".
I've right clicked on that file and changed settings in the general and security tabs and nothing has worked. I also get the same results on four different computers. Any suggestions?
