What is the actual name of this part???

I’m trying to figure out what the actual name of this part is, because after hours of searching for replacements I am coming up empty. It’s possible that these don’t exist in the aftermarket world, but I find that hard to believe.

These are the rollers that are bolted together to lock the door windows to the window regulator rail. Both of these on the drivers side was busted and laying in the bottom of the door. It also appears that the nut backed completely off both of them. This is for a 1984 Mercury Cougar

Thanks! They didn’t have what I needed but they do carry a ton of miscellaneous fasteners that I’m always looking for.

I was finally able to find what I was looking for after way too many hours of searching. They are still carried by Ford!

Possibly! They are about 50 cents a piece from Ford though…

Seeing those pictures though makes me think these are supposed to have a 1/4” rivet through them, and not a 1/4” nut and bolt

rsjoe has tracked down the elusive parts by the look of it. The decimal point seems to be in the wrong place though.

Similar situation, last week at a mates workshop there was a new three d printer on the bench, when asked he said they used it to manufacture a 2000 VW hand window regulator component that was absolutely stupid money out of Singapore and very rare, fitted and worked perfectly. The machine was a Crealty twin roll, there are plenty of others out there similar.
The digital program to make the part was sourced off the net, there are a number of web sites.

It's an evolving world out there. Once they get photography to dimension affordable and accurate enough, specialist rare parts replicators will head in that direction.

I don't know much about 3d printers but looked up the name mentioned starting at a low price of 300.00
to a high price of 3100.00 they seem to be affordable for a smaller shop to have I didn't look in to supplies
for this but could be like other printers they are cheap but ink/toner is a killer,,
