Needs a restoration!
All the bits move, but it needs love. The ways cleaned up and there is no pitting I can see

I bought this at an auction for twice my asking price and I have never gone through the restoration. I am ready for it to be at its new home as I now no longer want to make room for it.
It is missing the front cover with the little window. There are very few pictures online but if you search for Link Engineering PB Or Link Spring tester you will see a couple that have sold for over $300
