Wanted excel work sheet

Hi,

Im looking a excel based worksheet for my floating depression flow bench, with a following feature in it.

It has a graph based on 80 measuring points according to two variables at x and y coordinates. Then i would need this count column, which performs a calculation for variable x, using the variable y and following the shape of the curve. Many thanks in advance,
