Since the 2.3 is a dirt-common engine, what makes the 1997 retainer hard to find? We've had several come through and didn't notice anything different. If the snow ever melts, we might find another one.

Im not sure, I just know the engine is likely a 97 (out of a Genie boom lift truck)
this is the second time I've had issues sourcing retainers. the first was the 351m I did some time last year.

I think that's there's 2 different retainers doe"s it have the bee hive spring ??

mmm I believe it was beehive maybe don't remember but I ended up finding something a few towns over at another shop.
